With hunger rampant in Lebanese homes, Empower Lebanon is stepping up.

With the collapse of Lebanon’s economy and currency, more and more Lebanese are going hungry every day.

Families all over the country cannot make ends meet, pay essential bills, and, tragically, put food on the table.

The statistics out of Lebanon are shocking. Nearly half of households are foregoing adequate quantities of food so that their children have enough to eat. Recent World Food Programme data found that 55% of homes are experiencing food shortages.

That’s why Empower Lebanon is stepping up to feed 700 families across Lebanon.

Partnering with Lebanese Food Bank, one of Lebanon’s most capable aid organizations, Empower Lebanon will organize multiple distributions in hard-hit areas, ensuring assistance goes to those who need it most. 

A $36 food parcel will help sustain families on the brink of poverty. Our goal is to raise $25,000 to support 700 families across the country.
